Bio

I live in Berlin, Germany.
I am a bird lover, with crows holding a special place in my heart, and have a deep fondness for beautifully decorated architecture of past centuries.
I am very interested in the history of the 19th and early 20th centuries, with an emphasis on social aspects and developments and their influences on today.

My dear friend Pascal K. had me introduced to this site after I had started my research on "Albert Wolffungen".

It was supposed to be just a brief glimpse into his life, but since the information was sparse, I became more and more curious. And when I finally found him, it was already too late, because he seemed to be a likeable person and led a quite unusual, very interesting life, in which there was still a lot to discover.
He had simply grown dear to me.
Over his family this research by now had extended to many topics adjacent.
You can find him in my managed Memorials as "Albert Wolfe De Cortez".
Special thanks go to BJW, who created the memorial and maintained it so diligently over many years.

If you have any questions about the Wolf's / Wolfe's or any information, please don't hesitate to contact me!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope to be more useful to the community in the future!
Due to my illness I am not always as flexible as I would like to be and mostly am slow, but if you have requests for photos or the like of Berlin cemeteries, I will help as best I can!
