Bio

I live in Corpus Christi, Texas, however I was born & raised in southwest Oklahoma. I grew up hearing my grandparents tell stories about their families, and I loved it. It was always very important to my Grandmother Tessie to visit family gravesites and remember those who have passed.

These days, my daughter & I are working together on our genealogy. We enjoy sharing stories and information we find out with each other.

Several years back I was able to finally find information about my Great Grandfather who died on his way from Oklahoma back to his home in Tennessee. This was very exciting because we finally had some answers. Unfortunately, he did not have his own grave and was buried in Potter's Field which is now a park. I have been blessed through "Find A Grave" to finally be able to give him a Memorial and link him to our family.

I treasure my family and I am thankful for "Find A Grave" where we can make connections and bring missing family members back together.
