I was born in 1961 in a small town in Schleswig Holstein, Germany. I am the son of Werner and Marta (Hinz) Hinz, one of 5 children (4 daughters). My mother Marta was a daughter of Hans and Erna Hinz, Buchholz, Kreis Dithmarschen, Germany. Hans Hinz had a cousin named Frieda Hinz, daughter of Anna Margaretha Hinz. Frieda was married by Karl Wilhelm Fulster on Elli Island, NY, when he came over to America.
