Alfred Clark was the son of Henry Clark and Virginia Meador. His father was from Virginia and his mother was from West Virginia. Alfred was shot by a Cox brother, he then shot the Cox brother back. Two Cox brothers beat Alfred over his head and entire body. Both victims were taken to a hospital and died the next day Dec. 25, 1923. Bonnie Wright (Great Granddaughter)
