This is an old family plot. It was scrapped with a bulldozer years ago but descendents know the location and were able to guide the volunteer to the site. According to the descendents, there were 16 graves at this location. Some broken slate stones can still be seen scattered about. Residents state that none of the graves ever had inscribed markers. Only slate slabs were used to mark the graves. The current owner of the property is caring for the cemetery with improvements planned. It is located atop a high hill with a magnificent view into the valley below.
