Beloved Cousin - Killed in Action

My cousin James was a Vietnam hero killed in action. I remember faithfully writing letters to him and eagerly awaiting his reply which usually contained small gifts. One day, I returned home from school (I was 14 years old at the time) and my mother had me sit down as she explained that Jimmy had passed into the arms of the Lord. Within that week, I received a letter from Jimmy thinking everyone was wrong. Jimmy was alive! I was then shown the postmark and it was explained that he had mailed the letter several weeks earlier, before his death. Vietnam. Sad times for both sides. James Owens Holloway, Heavenly Rest Memorial Park, East Hanover, (Morris County), New Jersey. May he rest in peace. Blessings.
