Hollandsburg Massacre

"Horror descended on small-town, rural Indiana in the form of the thrill killings that became known as the Hollandsburg Massacre.It was February 14, 1977, when four men led by Roger Drollinger stormed into the Parke County mobile home of Betty Jane Spencer. They lined up Spencer, her son and three stepsons face down on the floor, then methodically pumped 11 shotgun rounds into them. A blast tore into Betty Jane Spencer's arm and shoulder, where 80 pellets remain until her death in 2004."
