*Col. William G.M.Davis of the 1st Florida Cav. returned Albert to his unit and from then on was held prisoner. *Col. Alfred Terry of the 7th Conn. in charge of the execution of Albert Lunt. *Major George B. Van Brunt of the 47th NY. was the last person to speak to Albert. He shook his hand and blindfolded him before his demise.
