James Clary was born 13 Apr 1844 in New Brunswick Canada. he was 5" 7.5" tall and a Farm Labourer prior to enlisting on 29 April 1861 at Stillwater Minn. he was discharge on 15 may 1864. He later moved to Golden British Columbia, Canada and died the on 10 Mar 1909. His remains were later returned to Minn. and he was buried in the Winthrow Cemetery in May Township.Find A Grave Memorial# 3142856
