However, the cemetery next to the church building predates the organization of the church itself; the oldest burial date recorded on a stone in the cemetery is 1812 and other early burials took place in 1813 and 1815.
The church building is still standing, a frame and brick structure. The bricks were made of local materials. The pulpit and pews are the originals. Fairfield County has taken over the building and property in order to restore them and make them a public park dedicated to the memory of the early pioneer families. The park is not yet finished as of early January 2011 and is not open to the public. It is not clear whether access to the cemetery has been blocked in the meantime. Fairfield County Park System's website contains the latest update at:

The cemetery was in poor shape as of the mid-1990s (probably earlier) and still in poor shape as recently as 2008. Many of the old stones have fallen; some were dragged into the woods immediately adjoining the cemetery and may have become buried in the undergrowth and mud. Some of the old stones have been replaced by newer stones over the years, as families become aware of the state of their ancestors' graves.
The cemetery's location is easy to find. It is in Amanda Township of Fairfield County, off Ohio Route 188 (Lancaster-Circleville Road SW) about a quarter mile northeast of the intersection of Rte 188 with Ohio Route 674 (Winchester Southern Road). The entrance driveway is almost directly across the street (a very slight jog north) from the end of Dillon Rd. The drive back to the church building is about 200 yards, with the church on the right and the cemetery on the left (north) at the end of the drive; there was plenty of room to park and turn around as of 2008.
