Architect Ferdinand Boberg´s bridge to 'Kungliga begravningsplatsen' (The Royal graveyard/cemetery) in Haga, Solna, Stockholms län.

The little island of Karlsborg in the Bay of Brunn off Haga Park in Solna, north of Stockholm. All of it serves as the Royal Cemetery for Sweden since 1950. Denuded of annual foliage for the winter, with the first ice just forming on the water, and with the famous bridge seen on the left, the lushness of summer splendor and floral beauty can still be imagined on the serene hills of this Nordic "holme".
