It is found on Beacon Road (between Prairie Road and River Road) in North Eugene. The coordinates for the cemetery are:

Luper Cemetery is almost completely overgorwn. The access road is gated and is located on Beacon Drive between River Road and Prarie Road in the North Eugene/Santa Clara/Junction City area.

The photo taken in 2006 by Randy Fletcher shows Luper Cemetery completely overgrown. Since then there has been considerable work done at the cemetery thanks to the volunteers and support of the community. This is a current photo (2017).

See the cemetery website for cemetery access, the restoration that has been done and considerable research and information on the pioneer families who are buried there.

This photo is taken from that back corner of the cemetery near the Heritage Tree (the tree you can see on the right side of the photo). The "Where-it-fell" benches that can be seen in this photo were built from fallen trees. They make a lovely place to sit and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of this beautifully restored historical pioneer cemetery.
