This cemetery is near the top of a mountain. The directions are very old and may not apply any longer. It was located about 1/4 mile from road leading from Maryville to Calderwood on left side of road near Abram's Creek Bridge. It was believed at one time that a revolutionary soldier was buried there but no documentation could be found. The land orginally belonged to the Ghormley family, who at one time owned almost all the land in that section of the county.
