Twin Fair Department Store building in Marion was built on the site of Barks Cemetery in the early 1960s. The Twin Fair (and Super Duper) building was absorbed into the construction/conversion of Southland Shopping Center into Southland Mall (Now the Marion Centre) in the late 1960s. The Twin Fair building was subdivided in the 1970s and now houses stores 262-270 including the old cinema complex.
