This cemetery is on the Old Cawthron Homeplace that John Calvin Cawthron lived on with his first wife and then his second wife and raised his families. Many Cawthron memories come from this area. It is east of Edmonton off of Subtle Rd (State Rd 496)on Cawthorn Cemetery Rd. You drive a good ways down hill to reach the cemetery once turning off of State Rd 496. Coming from Edmonton you would turn right on Cawthorn Cemetery Rd.
