The Dingess-Farley Family Cemetery is located straight up the hill from the old Lee Dingess School up the Barker Hollow of Marsh Fork in Logan County. Remnants of the old school are on the hill below the cemetery.
Harts High School Project 2000
"Educating the youth of Appalachia and instilling a sense of pride in their unique heritage is a challenging task.
It is our conviction that by researching our local history and ancestors, we will maintain family cohesion that is necessary in providing security and self esteem both of which are vital to us as developing young adults. We are dedicated to the principle that the family is truly the foundation of America and that genealogy is the slim thread that binds us to our history and our future."
