A.K.A. Reed Cemetery along Lincoln Road, off Black Creek Road from Rt. 901 outside Lavelle/Taylorsville, it intersects with Creek Road at bridge to right out of picture where the Little Mahanoy Creek flows. (Creek Rd. other side of bridge is unpaved posted private right of way where Lincoln Road, sometimes referred to as Lincoln Lane, is paved to bridge by township). This cemetery is located behind POSTED farm field and permission should be sought from the landowners. Reed family plots can be seen w/flags just inside of entrance by flagpole. Mostly overgrown w/ferns, wild strawberries, some poison ivy, ticks. Best walked when this is down. The cemetery can be accessed by walking along field closest to bridge where a small footpath exists. It is still Posted land surrounded by farmland/woodland. May be near hunting areas of SFL. Many memorials seem to be of local stone w/no names. 10/2011 f/g member #47533410
