1. Indiana 28, Indiana 55, and US 41 all merge in downtown Attica.
2. Indiana 55 is on the west side of the river.
3. Follow Indiana 55 to Independence Road.
4. Follow Independence Road approximately 8 miles to Kickapoo Road, which is a dirt road on the left [going west.]
5. Turn left onto Kickapoo Road.
6. Adams cemetery is .8 miles; you must stay on the dirt road.
7. You will come to an incline that has a small gravel pit on the right.
8. At the top of the incline, you will immediately see a sign that says "Adams Cemertery."
9. Turn immediately to the right onto a grass pathway which is between the gravel pit edge and a row of small pine trees. It is on private property but the owner is trying to clean the cemetery.
10. Go until you are at the base of a small rise. The cemetery is on the immediate right.
Most of the headstones are broken; however, you can search by bringing a rake.
The Conner headstones were cleared by me. If you go there, I recommend taking 3 gallons of water, a small rake, a scrub brush, and a nail so that you may clean the particular headstone[s] you are seeking.
