This cemetery has incorrectly been merged with Heritage Baptist Church Cemetery and/or New Hope Cemetery #2. Taylor County Tax Assessors information: Parcel # 081 035, 1 acre, Apr 12 2016, Grantor Little Vine Primitive; Grantee: Heritage Baptist Church; Deed Bk/pg 209/784. [no mention of property New Hope Cemetery is on. See #2] This property has been purchased by Heritage Baptist Church so they can change the name to heritage Baptist Church.

Desc: Cemetery is the oldest historically devoted to African-Americans in Taylor County. It may even be older than the county {formed 15 Jan 1852}. It is always kept clean. There has never been a roadside sign or any sign for the cemetery. It has never been a section of New Hope Cemetery. Directions from the only traffic light in Reynolds: South on GA128S; Right on Little Vine Street; Continue to Stop Sign; Left on Little Vine Road continue for 806 feet; Entrance to cemetery is on right [West Side]. There is no street address sign.
