This cemetery has for years been known by two different names. New Dayton Cemetery is listed in most of the obituaries and somtimes recent one from passing old-timers. This happens because it is located outside of a country burg of New Dayton. Bearcreek Cemetery is because Bearcreek Church is a couple of miles from here and so rest many of its church members. Both names get equal billing in Randolph County. New Dayton/Bear Creek Cementery, Located on 400 North between 300 West and 400 West; New Dayton, Randolph Cty., Indiana.
