Malita suffered from burns caused by accident from a Kerosene lamp and d. in Los Angeles, California, January 20, 1907. Burial was at Rosedale cemetery, Sec. 3 Lot 139 (2. SW). Her age was eighty five years and three days.
This was the 2nd., marriage for Malita, having m. 1st., July 7, 1840, in Knox co., Illinois, Alexander W. McKee.
A son, James M. McKee, survived her, and was living in David City, Nebraska in 1907.
