Hazel Marie Collins, 76, of Elizabeth, W.Va. passed away on March 5, 2013, at Kobacker House, of Columbus, Ohio, surrounded by her family.

She was born Sept. 29, 1936 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Lewis and Letha Curran.

She was a graduate of Parkersburg High School and worked at the Mustang Survival Company in Elizabeth. She was a member of the Two Ripple Run Church. She enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Wirt County Tigers fan.

She is survived by her children, Wayne Collins, (Karen), of Columbus, Ohio., Dana (Patty) Collins of Parkersburg, Darlene Collins and fiance (Rick Berhart) of Elk Grove Village, Ill. Charlotte Nestor (Jerry) of Vienna, Patty Stevenson (Duwayne) of Camden, Ohio, Clement Collins, Jr. (Missy) of Parkersburg, and Christina Collins of Norfolk Va., 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and three step grandchildren, two brothers Lewis Curran Jr. (Phyllis) of Parkersburg and Veron Donald Curran, of Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her husband Clement Collins Sr., one daughter Beverly Ann Collins, and three brothers, Russell, Paul and Homer Curran.

Services will be Sunday, March 10, 2013, 1 p.m. at the Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth, W.Va. with the Rev Gary Richmond officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the K. of P. Cemetery in Elizabeth.
