Peg E. Hibbard, age 77, a resident of 6815 Oakwood Lane, Whitelaw, entered into eternal life on Friday, July 6, 2007, at the Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers.
Peg was born on Feb. 27, 1930, in rural Manitowoc to the late Henry and Beata Sessler Meier. She graduated from Mishicot High School with the class of 1947. On Aug. 21, 1948, Peg married Robert Hibbard at Rockwood Evangelical Lutheran Church in Manitowoc County. Peg was employed with New Holstein Public Utilities for more than 20 years until her retirement from there in 1991. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Manitowoc, the AARP, and a former member of the Manitowoc Senior Center.

Peg was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and four sisters.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, July 12, 2007, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Manitowoc, from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. The Rev. Richard Miller will officiate with entombment to follow at Knollwood Mausoleum. The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Cremation Center, North 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Redeemer Lutheran Church in Manitowoc.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to both Dr. Andrew Yetter and all of the nursing staff at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers for the care and compassion they provided to Peg.
