ANNA GUSTAVESON

Mrs. Anna Gustaveson, 88, lifelong resident of Manitowoc Rapids, died Wednesday morning at the home of her son, Charles, who now operates the home farm.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Gjerpen Lutheran Church. The Rev. A. B. Holland will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

She was born Anna Hanson in the township in 1866 and in 1885 was married to Gustave Gustaveson. They located on a farm in the town. Her husband died 30 years ago.

She was a charter member of the Ladies Aid Society of the Gjerpen congregation.

Surviving are two sons, Charles on the home farm and Norman of Rt. 4, Manitowoc; and five grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Berge Funeral Home, Valders, after 2 p.m. Thursday. The casket will be moved to the church at 11 a.m. Friday.
