Frank Riederer, 75, of the town of Cato, died Monday at Manitowoc County Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Reedsville Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic church, Clarks Mills. The Rev. Henry Arens will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Riederer was born May 13, 1890 at Maplewood, Door County, son of the late Michael and Mary Straka Riederer. He married Clara Zipperer Oct. 25, 1915 at St. Michael Catholic church, Whitelaw. The couple farmed in the Town of Cato until 1947 and then located at Whitelaw. His wife preceded him in death.

Survivors are three sons, Isadore of Rt. 1, Cato, Reuben of Manitowoc and Florian of Fond du Lac; seven daughters, Mrs. Edwin Lau and Mrs. Edward Novak of Rt. 2, Reedsville, Mrs. Lester Bartz of Newton, Mrs. Frank Kopidlansky of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, Mrs. Joseph Krejcarek of Janesville, Mrs. Edward Paul Jr. of Manitowoc and Mrs. Joseph Paider of Denmark; a sister, Mrs. Ed Staudinger of Whitelaw, 40 grandchildren and a great grandchild. Four children, a brother and two sisters preceded him in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday when the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
