Mrs. Elizabeth Schuh, 81, widow of Joseph Schuh, passed away early today at the home of her son, Henry, 810 Washington street, Kiel. She had made her home with her son and daughter-in-law for the past two years.
Nee Millbach, she was born July 17, 1872, in Kewaskum, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Millbach. The family moved to Brillion and in June, 1891, she was married to Joseph Schuh. In 1919 they moved to Manitowoc where she lived until two years ago. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Society of St. Peter and Paul CatholicChurch of Kiel.
Survivors include seven sons, Joseph and George of Clarks Mills, Henry of Kiel, Ralph of Grimms, Nicholas, Alex and Raymond of Manitowoc; three daughters, Mrs. Henry (Georgianna) Barbiuer and Mrs. Milton(Rose) Dubler of Manitowoc and Mrs. Peter (Mary) Spehar of EagleRiver.
Also surviving are 56 grandchildren; and one brother, Peter Millbach, of Seattle, Wash.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Bernard, in 1946; three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, and at 10 a.m. at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. F.X. Kheil will be celebrant of the requiem high mass and burial will be made in the St. Michael's cemetery at Clarks Mills.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home from this evening until the hour of services. The Rosary will be said at the church at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
