Mrs. Martha Cathers Waychoff, aged 81 years, died at her home in Morrisville on Thursday night, August 26, 1937, at 9:48 o'clock. She had been ill for the past several weeks of consumption.
The deceased was born at Holbrook, September 8, 1856, a daughter of Robert and Katherine King Cathers, deceased, and was the widow of Jacob Waychoff, who died March 30, 1916. She was the last of a family of five and is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lee Wright, of Leetsdale, and Miss Madge Waychoff, at home.
Mrs. Waychoff was a prominent church worker of Morrisville, where she had resided all her married life, and was a member of the Methodist Protestant Church there for more than 50 years.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence. Interment will be n Oakmont Cemetery.
