Sparks Woman Kills Father, Self
Mrs. John Sparks, 49, shot and killed her father, Mr. Troxell, 81, at her home, 2 miles north of Sparks, using a 410 gage (sic) shotgun. When discovered, the father was dead and the woman, shooting herself 4 times, was still alive, but died on the way to the hospital.
