Benjamin Franklin Farrar, father of Municipal Court Justice James R. Farrar of 415 Hancock st., died Tuesday [April 6, 1926] after an illness of three weeks. He was in his 81st year and was born in Patterson, N. J. He lived in Brooklyn the greater part of his life. Mr. Farrar is survived by his son, a daughter, Mrs. John H. McEwan; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was formerly in the dry goods business. The funeral services and interment will be private.
