Sena (Kamerman) Poelman, 82, went home to glory on August 12, 2002, exactly 15 years after her husband had died on August 12, 1987.

Sena, the daughter of Bert and Gezina (VanderWoude) Kamerman, was born on June 23, 1920, in Manhattan. Sena had her schooling in Barnhart and Manhattan school. After her schooling she worked in many homes and was a nurse's aide at the Bozeman Hospital.

She married John Poelman on Dec. 14, 1945, in Manhattan. John and Sena were charter members of Bethel Christian Reformed Church, and she was active in the Fellowship Hour Bible study as long as her health allowed.

Her greatest joy was her love of her Lord and of her family.

She is survived by four sons and their wives; Robert and Judy of Manhattan, Clarence and Vicky of Tok, Alaska; David and Jennie of Bozeman, and Stanley and Loujol of Great Falls; four grandchildren: Eric and Jamie of Manhattan, Cheryl of Helena and Charlie of Alaska; step-granddaughter, Morgan of Alaska, her sister, Agnes Kamps; brother, Clarence (Chip) Kamerman; sisters-in-law, Minnie, Coba, Louise, and Margaret; and Martha and Hellen Poelman also survive her.

Her parents and four brothers, Harold, John Bert, and Henry; one sister, Nellie Kamerman; son-in-law, Bill Campbell; and her brothers-in-law, Bert, Henry, Myndert and Herman Poelman preceded her in death.
