Geraldine had been employed as a school secretary at Clearview School in Lorain and then for 22 years at Wilcox School in North Ridgeville, retiring in 1989. She and her husband enjoyed spending the summers in Marblehead, Ohio and the winters in Zephyrhills, Florida.
She was a member of Erie Shore Assembly of God in Port Clinton and her interests included swimming, dancing and sewing.
Geraldine is survived by her sons, Alan (Rita, deceased) Lesesky of Wilmington, North Carolina, David (Sandy) Lesesky of Brecksville, Dale (Diane) Lesesky of Elyria; daughter, Linda (Glenn) Smith of Boulder, Colorado; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Stanley E. Lesesky in 2011; father, Clyde Pixley in 1944; mother, Madge Skorke in 2003; and a great grandson, Aven Rowe Smith in 2007.
Friends will be received Monday, August 4, 2014 in the Chapel at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria from 10 A.M. until the time of an 11 A.M. service. The Reverend Janet A. Long will officiate.
