Irma Draheim Irma L. Draheim, age 87, of 16532 County Road JJ, Reedsville, died Friday, October 17, 2014 at her residence.
She was born October 21, 1926 in Newtonburg, daughter of the late Raymond and Louise (Lemke) Lawrence.
On June 11, 1947, she married Harvey Draheim at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Newtonburg.
Irma and Harvey owned and worked the farm for many years
She had her own woodworking shop where she enjoyed making crafts for her grandchildren and to sell at the flea market. Irma also enjoyed fishing, traveling, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family and her dog Pepper. She also enjoyed tending to her flower gardens.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Harvey Draheim; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Ruth Ann Camomilli, New Holstein, Karen and Tom Voss, School Hill, Susan and Gary Spurlin, Sioux Falls, South Dakota; one son: Dennis Draheim, Milwaukee; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law: Anita Draheim, Olive Draheim, and Leona Draheim. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
She was also proceeded in death by one sister, two brothers, five brothers-in-law, and three sisters-in-law
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Faith Lutheran Church, Valders, Wisconsin. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Erica Cunningham with entombment at Knollwood Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth.
The family will greet relatives and friends Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Faith Lutheran Church, Valders, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. .
