Rosario's parents are Rosa Maiuri and Michele (Michael) Stabile. In addition to Rosario, Rosa Maiuri and Michele had at least one other (older) son, Gennaro Stabile. Gennaro came to America with two of the three of his sons, Michael (Michele) and Biagio Mario while Antonio (Anthony) Stabile remained in Italy.
After Rosario’s mother, Rosa Maiuri, passed away his father, Michele, married Filomena Pepe, the daughter of Giuseppe Pepe. Filomena and Michele had one son together, Luciano Stabile, who also came to America.
Rosario’s father, Michele (Michael) Stabile, is the son of Rosa Scala and Gennaro Stabile. Gennaro is the son of Rosario Stabile. In addition to Michele, Rosa Scala and Gennaro Stabile had one older son, Rosario Stabile that passed away in 1859.
