Mrs. Agatha M. Adelman, 92, a Manitowoc resident, died Thursday, March 5, at St. Mary Home for the Aged, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. James J. Stamborski will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mrs. Adelman, nee Agatha Wagner, was born June 30, 1888, in the Town of Eaton, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late John and Mathilda John Wagner. She was married to George Adelman June 5, 1911, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The couple owned and operated a farm in Manitowoc County for more than 50 years and was well known in this area and throughout the State of Wisconsin for the quality of the potatoes they grew and sold. The farm is owned and operated by her son, Alvin (Butch) Adelman. Mrs. Adelman was a charter member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and a charter member of St. Andrew Women’s Council. Her husband, George, preceded her in death Jan. 26, 1954.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Alvin (Butch) and Gertrude Adelman of Manitowoc; a daughter and son-in-law, Lila and Edward Miller of Manitowoc; a brother, Frank Wagner of Manitowoc; two brothers-in-law, Lee Adelman of Manitowoc and Louis Eigenberger of Elkhart Lake; 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. A son, Harold, two brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.

Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, where a prayer service will be at 7 p.m. by members of St. Andrew Women’s Council, relatives and friends. The family requests memorials to St. Andrew Catholic Church or St. Mary Home for the Aged.
