Jacqueline Genevieve Frenn April 3rd, 1922- April 29th, 2015
Jacqueline (Jackie) G. Frenn peacefully went to join her beloved husband on April 29th, 2015, surrounded by family at The Neighbors of Dunn County Menomonie, WI.
Jackie grew up in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area, and in 1940 she graduated from Central High School in Red Wing, Minnesota. She went on to continue her education and graduated with a degree in nursing in 1944 and worked for Saint Barnabas Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1945, she was commissioned into The United States Naval Service for her nursing skills. She married Charles J. Frenn, a U.S. Marine, on April 14th, 1946. They were happily married for 40 years, and active with the Jehovah Witnesses. Jackie was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, and grandmother.
Jackie is preceded in death by her parents, Leeland and Hazel (Hedberg) Jones, her beloved husband Charlie, her sister Judith (Judy) and brother-in-law John (Bud) Gannon.
Jackie will be remembered by her daughter Nanette (Larry) Maclin of Menomonie, WI and son Thomas (Kathy) Frenn of St. Cloud, MN. By Nanette's children Shelly (Steve) Lewerer of Menomonie, WI, Steven (Sue) Nelson of Lakeville, MN, and Julie (Tracy) Carlson of Baldwin, WI. By Thomas' children Dehila (Mark) Christoferson of Atlanta, GA. Jackie will also be remembered by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, the youngest great-great grandson, Angel Ramon Hernandez, born on April 30th, 2015. Lastly Jackie will be remembered by her many cousins, nephews, nieces, friends, close friends, and caregivers.
The family of Jacqueline Frenn would like to thank The Neighbors of Dunn County Nursing staff and caregivers, The Morningside Crew, and The Olson Funeral Home for their services, care, dedication, and the kindness we've received.
Services for Jacqueline G. Frenn will be held at Fort Snellings National Cemetery 7601-34th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN. 55450 at 1:00 pm. on June 1st, 2015. Officiated by Mr. Earling Hanson from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses.
