Albert (Bud) Parkinson, 51, of Nemacolin, formerly of Waynesburg, R.D. 3, died at 3 a.m. Thursday, February 8, 1973 in his residence, of an apparent coronary occlusion.
He was born May 21, 1921 in Franklin Township, the son of James Harvey and Lucy Montgomery Parkinson.
He had spent all his life in the Waynesburg area and was a farmer. He was a former employee of the Guthrie Trucking Company.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine Hillberry Parkinson; a daughter, four stepdaughters: two stepsons, and two sisters.
Two sisters, Belle Kiger and Mae Mitchell, and two brothers, James and Lewis Parkinson, are deceased.
