June M. Madden, 77, of Peshtigo, passed away September 22, 2015, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay. She was born June 13, 1938, daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Forsberg) Clark. June married Michael J. Madden October 24, 1959. June was formerly employed at Hammes Inc. and volunteered for many years working behind the scenes, with her husband Michael, for the Peshtigo Fire Department. June is survived by her husband, Michael; two sons: Patrick (Margie) Madden of Oklahoma City, Timothy (Jill) Madden and their children: Chase and Kylie of Suamico; a daughter, Michele Swiatnicki and her children: Seth and Steven of Marinette; two brothers: John (Mary) Clark and Clayton (Dottie) Clark, both of Menominee; a sister, Karen (Howard) Barnes of Oklahoma City. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Susan June; two brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be held Monday, September 28, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peshtigo from 1 p.m. until time of services at 4 p.m. with Pastor David Murphy officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Peshtigo. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in June’s name to Alzheimer’s research.
