Gerald F. Muench, 63, of Francis Creek (Route 2, Manitowoc) died Tuesday morning, November 14, 1989 at his home.
Funeral services will be 10 am Friday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and 10:30 am at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated by Rev. Donald Schneider with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Muench was born June 10, 1926 at Francis Creek, son of the late Joseph and Margaret Hessel Muench. He was formerly employed by Muench Lumber Company. Mr. Muench was a member of Catholic Knights Branch 6 of Francis Creek.
Survivors include three sisters and a brother-in-law, Mrs. Bernice Hassemer of Francis Creek, Margaret Muench of Francis Creek, Bernette and Paul Wachhlz of Manitowoc and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, William Hassemer.
Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home, 5 pm to 9 pm Thursday and Friday until the time of service. Prayer service will be held at 7:30 pm Thursday evening led by Father Schneider.
