She worked for Griggs, Wahl’s and Lakeway Card & Gift in downtown Bellingham, and later for Zuidmeer’s jewelry in Lynden. After retirement Arlene and Virg enjoyed several trips around the United States.
Arlene was preceded in death by her husband Virg and her sister June Ballard. She is survived by her daughters Sharon Teats of Kennewick and Judy (John) Holz of Bellingham, grandchildren Stacy (Dan) Vaudrin, Debbie Morse, Denise (Steve) Newlin, Mike (Carla) Holz, great-grandchildren Chris, Marissa, Madison, Hunter, Derek, Meagan, MaKenna, Brian, Parker and Kayleb, great-great-grandson Aston, and many loving relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank Dr. Patterson and Renee Burnett, ARNP, for their wonderful care of our mother.
A service of remembrance will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Reception following. Memorials may be made to Central Lutheran Church.
