Friday morning, August 29, 1980 at St. Thomas Hospital. Survived by her husband, Malcolm Smith, Nashville; one brother, Charles Henley. Remains are at the funeral home of Phillips-Robinson Co., 2707 Gallatin Road where services are to be held Monday, September 1, 1980 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Clifford Dobbs officiating. Interment will be at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
