Robert A. Mumper, 78, 1000 Potomac Ave., died Monday morning at the Washington County Hospital. Born in Mechanicsburg, Pa., he was the son of Harry ad Mary Mumma Mumper. He was a member of the Zion Reformed Church, the Men's Bilbe Class and the Sons of the American Revolution. He had been employed for 35 years by the Atlantic Refining Co., retiring in 1962.
Robert is survived by his wife, Barbara Hertzler Mumper; two daughters, Mrs. Jane Williams of Petersburg, Va., and Mrs. Helen Dunnvant of San Bernadino, Calif.; one son, Robert H. Mumper of Alexandria, Va.; four sisters, Mrs. Heikes Paul of Lafayette Hills, Pa., Mrs. Louis Stein of Millville, N.J., Mrs. Mary Tate of Plainview, Tex., and Mrs. Elizabeth McCaffrey of Chicago, Ill.; five grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Wednesday at 2:30. The Rev. Arthur L. Grove will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9. Memorial donations may be made to the Zion Reformed Church Memorial Fund.
