Luman H. Collins 23, is victim of tuberculosis, Luman Henry Collins, died at 5 o'clock Sunday morning, at his home 617 1/2 N. Water Street. He would have been 23 years old Tuesday. His death was caused by Tuberculosis with which he had suffered a year. He use to be a carrier boy and had many friends. He was crippled and got about on crutches. He was born in Lincoln, Feb. 26,1895, but had lived in Decatur several years. He is survived by his mother Mrs. Sarah Collins and a brother E. R. Collins. The funeral will be at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at Moran Chapel. Friends may call at the residence until 10 o'clock Tuesday Morning
