Roxie Williams
Word of the death of Mrs. Roxie Comer Williams, Los Angeles Calif.; has been received by her niece, Mrs. Robert C. Robertson, 39 Beauvoir Circle.
Mrs. Williams died Tuesday and graveside services will be conducted Saturday at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles.
She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Comer of Anderson. Her husband, John L. Williams, was proprietor of the Eldorado Drug and Cigar Store on W. 11th St. in the early part of this century.
Mr. and Mrs. Williams left Anderson to homestead in South Dakota and later moved to California.
Surviving in addition to the niece here are; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Riddle, Santa Barbara, Calif.; four grandchildren; a great niece, Karen Robertson, Anderson and to great nephew's, Bruce Robertson and Rick Heritage, both of Anderson
