He was a 1947 graduate of Hermitage High School, the owner and operator of Dees Gulf Station and a cattleman and timber farmer. He was a member of Farmville Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife; three sons; two brothers; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Monday, March 15, at Frazer's Chapel with Bro. Mark Wagnon, Bro. Joe Lochridge and Bro. Gene Boyette officiating. Burial was in Holly Springs Cemetery near Hermitage, AR., by Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren. Memorials preferred Farmville Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund.
