Francis accompanied her husband's remains back to Brookings, SD where his funeral was held from the home of their daughter, Mrs. Harry (Emily Anne) McKNIGHT.
George Allen WARD lived in of Osseo, Trempleau county, Wisconsin. Orin Orlando WARD died Dec. 25, 1949 in Brookings at age 77. Mrs. McKNIGHT died April 17, 1943 at Brookings Municipal Hospital, Brookings, SD.
