Zack, 14, was born to Robert Dale Smith, Jr. and Mary Ann Holder on December 7,
1996 (a birthday he shared with his ""Paw-Paw"" Robert) and passed away on
November 20, 2011.

Zack was into everything from day one. He was always loud and opinionated yet
always loving with a big heart. There isn't one person that he loved that he
wouldn't have stood up for. Zack's interest and love for sports began at a very
early age.

He enjoyed baseball, basketball, football and was an avid fisherman. Many know
that Zack was a talker but he loved to text more than anything. He was a
""ladies-man"" and loved to be busy and surrounded by his friends. His cheesy
grin and mischievous behavior will forever be missed.

Zack is survived by his father, sister, step mom, brother-in-law, step siblings
and in-laws, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Ann Holder and his brother Robert
Dylan Smith.
