Mildred was a fine seamstress and good cook; she taught piano lessons and played the piano at church. She was a member of Searsport Congregational Church, the local Grange and the Rebekah's.
Mildred is survived by one son, Arnold Gray and wife, Phyllis; one daughter-in-law, Arlene Marden; grandchildren, Dianna Soo, Colleen Kreps, Valerie Grove, Michael Marden, Perry Marden, John Marden and Raylene Marden; as well as several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Eugene D. Marden; and one son, Eugene W. Marden.
