...Born to the union of Cecil David and Beulah Autie Josser Davis, Cecile grew up in Galveston County and moved to Houston with her younger brothers JamesAllen and Cecil, Jr about 1936.....the family lived for many years at 614 Graceland in Lindale Park....Cecile first married Jeff Paul Partin and he was the father of their children, Sharon and Karen and Paul...Cecile worked for many years as a Secretary for Shell Pipeline and worshipped at the Lindale Church of Christ ....I just adored her and her quiet gracefulness raising her children and seeing her most every Sunday growing up....in August 1974 she married Dudley Ball and while living in their home on County Fair Cecile was hospitalized and passed away from heart disease....my memories of your presence are many......

Though I touched your life But for a moment, may the worth of that encounter. Be Measured, not by length of my stay, But by the depth of my caring. If you have understood what I have tried. My searching was of some value, and if you care deeply for all others, my caring will not fade away.
