LUBBOCK - Edith Grimes Aylesworth, 82, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Bartley Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Plainview with the Rev. Bill Aylesworth of Clovis, N.M., officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery.
Mrs. Aylesworth was born Oct. 12, 1921, in Harrold. She married Gene Paul Aylesworth on June 21, 1942, in Plainview.
She was an Army nurse in World War II.
Survivors include two daughters, Paula and Susan; and a brother, Bert Grimes of Petersburg.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
