Last Rites For Mrs. J. Bourg Held Wednesday
Mrs. Marie Josephine Bourg, age 78, of Hodge, passed away on Tuesday, June 15 after a long illness.
Funeral services were held at ten o'clock Wednesday morning, at St. Henry's Catholic Church in Hodge, conducted by Father Conway. Interment was in the Hodge Catholic cemetery, under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
The deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. H. B. Liles, of New Orleans, and Mrs. H. L. Robinson, of Jackson, Mississippi; three sons, Harold and Paul Bourg, of Hodge, and Elmo Bourg of Jonesboro; eleven grandchildren survive. Fifteen great grandchildren also survive.
Pallbearers were Messrs. T. O. Dollar, Bill Buford, Noel West, Alwyn Girod, Walter Schmidt and Ansley Colvin.
